Shipping and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

All new and unopened merchandise sold and filled by the Joe Ball Company, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a full refund for the merchandise. The refund does not include the shipping of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. To get your RMA, simply take your invoice number and place an R in front of it. For example, if your order number is 1056, your RMA is R1056. These RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by the Joe Ball Company. Customers should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Return shipping will be at cost to the customer. The Customer Agree to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, documents, and other accessories provided. Any merchandise that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the Joe Ball Company may refund a partial refund up to 50% of the itemís original price. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund.

INCORRECT ORDERS

Customers must inform the Joe Ball Company of any order discrepancy within 14 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

EXCHANGES

In the event you received a faulty or damaged item of no fault of your own and need to exchange it for the same item, or would just like a refund of your money, follow the return policy procedures. The 15% restocking fee will be waived if the customer return includes the original packaging material, manuals, documents, and other accessories provided. This waive of the restocking fee will only occur in the place of a damaged or faulty item. Any merchandise that is not in its original condition(which may be damaged), or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the Joe Ball Company may refund a partial refund up to 50% of the itemís original price, and refuse the exchange.

REFUND PROCESS TIME

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, the Joe Ball Company will provide a refund within 30 days.

CANCELING ORDERS

You may cancel an order provides the order has not already been processed and shipped. Send us an email at customer-support@joeballcompany ASAP.

PRODUCT TESTING

Joe Ball Company, like other e-tailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. Joe Ball does not conduct product testing before shipping the redistributed items. Joe Ball Company currently manufacturers a couple items as well: HCG Test Sample Kit, Coffee Jar with Filter. For these items, the Joe Ball Company has quality controls in place to assure you receive a high quality product.

ORDER PROCESS TIME

The Joe Ball company will process all orders that are in stock in 1-3 business days. We do sell some items on backorder. Most are large ticket items that we do not currently carry an inventory for. If you happen to buy one of these items, Joe Ball will contact the you by email to let you know when the product expects to ship. You may cancel your order up until the day it ships.
